BALAD ALNAHRAIN CAR RENTAL L.L.C

Welcome to BALAD ALNAHRAIN CAR RENTAL L.L.C. By booking or renting a vehicle through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The renter must be at least 21 years old (25 years for luxury or premium vehicles).

2. A valid UAE driving license or International Driving Permit (for tourists) is required.

3. Emirates ID (for residents) or passport & visa copy (for tourists) must be provided.

4. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

5. A refundable security deposit is required and will be refunded within 21–30 working days after vehicle return, subject to clearance of traffic fines and Salik charges.

6. The renter is fully responsible for traffic fines, Salik (toll charges), fuel charges, and any damages during the rental period.

7. Basic insurance is included. Additional insurance coverage can be requested at extra cost.

8. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.

9. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cleaning charges may apply if violated.

10. BALAD ALNAHRAIN CAR RENTAL L.L.C reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if incorrect information is provided.
