Refund Policy

BALAD ALNAHRAIN CAR RENTAL L.L.C

1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to cancellation fees.

3. No refund will be provided for early vehicle return after rental has started.

4. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Security deposits will be refunded within 21–30 working days after clearance of traffic fines and Salik charges.
